Dear organizers,
I just ordered a marathon pass as well as a bed in a twin room, which I wanted to share with my friend (Anthony Benjamin Grady). He originally booked a bed in a quadruple room, but then wrote you today and asked to change it because the two of us would like to share one room. I thought he had asked to change his order of a bed in a quadruple room to a bed in a twin room, so I placed my order. But then he just told me that he had asked you to upgrade his room to a private twin room and then add me to the room (I am not sure this is possible though). I am sorry for the confusion.
Please let me/us know how we should proceed. We would very much appreciate if it is possible to get a room together. I haven’t payed for my order yet, so I will wait until I receive further instructions from your side. Again, I am very sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience caused.
