We have an awesome place for you to stay: the vibe is unlike anything else, just like a castle! It offers a good balance of comfort/inspiration/coziness. Being there together, it will feel like a gigantic home for all… Staying at the castle will give you an amazing novel experience of a Zouk festival: a sensational building offering a friendly atmosphere, but the sensation of a full Zouk congress vibe. That’s the reason we strongly advise to stay at our venue! There are rooms in all sizes, which gives you the opportunity to find the right size if you prefer to stay with a group of friends. You can fill-in the dedicated share room request form or contact us beforehand to make sure there still is a full room of the right size available.

How to see realtime availability:
This website has a ‘webshop’ with all the package deals we offer. First go to the package deal of your choice. Secondly make a selection for “room gender” and “bed type“. Now the price will appear for your selection. Just below the price the number “in stock” is displayed, which shows the current availability.

Accommodation Options:
All prices per person. It is possible to do a shared room request to stay with specific people or to make a reservation for a room with a postponed payment. For refund and other terms see our event conditions. NOTE: all rooms have been designed and crafted one by one, sourced locally. Since we have 80 or 90 unique rooms, it is impossible to display the precise layout and look & feel of each of them.

Private room package
When booking a private room you will get your own room including private shower and toilet. In most cases this will be a twin (2-person) room, converted to single usage. NOTE: the room may include only 1 single bed.

Twin (2 person) room package
Twin rooms have 2 comfortable single beds. There are no rooms with double beds, but you can put together two beds to create the feeling of a double bed.

Triple (3 person) room package
Triple rooms have 3 comfortable single beds. For pictures see these pictures of twin rooms, but imagine a third bed.

Dormitory (between 5-8 people)
There are some rooms with capacity for multiple people. There are a minimum of 5 beds and a maximum of 8 beds. Some of the beds are in bunk bed lay-out. Like in the twin rooms, there is a shower and a toilet, but it’s also possible to use the showers/toilets of the bunkroom which are a little walk away. Every room has different lay-out and unique decorations.

Campsite
We will have our own Zouk campsite about 100 meters away from the building. Here you can find more of your own space! But you have to bring your own camping device, including all sleeping gear. There are good shower and toilet facilities available: on the campsite itself and/or also in the main building. Also electricity is provided on the campsite itself (see picture). If you have a camper/van it can be placed in between the trees on the pathways. Note: although April is not a warm month in The Netherlands, since we are located in the east of the country the average temperature in April is 2 degrees higher than in Amsterdam.

Bunkroom (15 or more people)
We create an option to sleep in a room with 15 or more people (MIXED GENDERS). This will consist of mattresses on the floor. Maybe this will be the cosiest way to sleep! In all cases you will sleep on a mattress on the floor. When choosing bring your own, you have to TAKE YOUR OWN mattress, duvet, pillow and towel. For the other option this is provided. The stone floor on the picture has floor heating, so you do not need to worry about the cold. You may also be placed in another building where we may use a sort of meeting room (it has proper curtains). which we may convert it to a cosy sleeping room. We do not have pictures available yet. Note that this is the only room type for which shower/toilet is not in the room itself. You need to go down the stairs and either walk via the short route outside or go via the ground floor underneath to the shower facilities.

Quadruple (4 person) room package
Quadruple rooms have 2 comfortable single beds and a nice bunk bed with a top & bottom. Like in the twin rooms, there is a shower and toilet, Every room has different lay-out and unique decorations.
