Dietary Question for the kitchen at Castle of Miracles

Hello – I just booked my accommodations for Castle of Miracles (YAY!!) and am VERY excited (order number 14084). I have a question in regard to the meals/food. I am dairy and gluten sensitive, meaning I need to have a diet that excludes both. I am okay with cross contamination and if a tiny amount sneaks in there I can handle it with some care on my end. I can also do a little bit of butter if meals are prepared with that. I am wondering if there is always a vegan (dairy free) option available, or if some days it is vegan and others vegetarian and if the vegetarian option uses a lot of dairy? I did see there is a gluten free option too I could choose, but it did not allow me to add both gluten and dairy free. So just wondering how to go about this in order to get both of those registered with my reservation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Hannah
