Cabin deal

All the cabin deals cover all-inclusive accommodation for your whole stay from Thursday evening March 25 until Tuesday March 30 + the night until Wednesday 31. The event ticket is not included in this price and needs to be booked separately.

About the location: the cabins will be places on the grass behind the parking lot. There is pavement from the front of your cabin. This is a quiet area with no traffic. It’s a short walk to the main entrance. You can walk to the showers through the building or you have direct access to the showers via the ramp outside.

Booking a cabin room, you will have a room alone or with someone you haven chosen as your roommate. If you don’t choose we will assign somebody of the same gender (unless you booked it as a private of course). The interior consists of 2 beds (70 x 200 cm each), electricity supply, light, heating, curtains and some storage devices. The cabin comes with keys and a set of outdoor table + chairs.

The food package consists of 3 meals per day, served in buffet style and consisting of nutritious & delicious food. Included are all meals starting with Friday brunch until Tuesday breakfast (note: NO lunch or dinner being served on Tuesday, but there are options in the village). Most main dishes are vegan and some vegetarian options will be offered separately. Both providing most vegetables from organic local farmers, assuring the best in quality and quantity.

We are able to refund (part) of the accommodation package price in case of cancellation, please see our accommodation paragraph on the refund conditions page. If you want to reserve but are in financial need of a postponed payment, it’s possible to request via this form.
